RentLedger · Live

Know who has paid, before the month ends.

RentLedger is a rent collection app for landlords in Bangladesh. Track your buildings, tenants and payments, give numbered receipts, and see who owes what — all from your phone.

PriceStarter plan — ৳2,500 / month

The screens on this page are from the live app, with demo tenants and amounts.

The record-payment form: tenant name, amount, a choice of cash, bKash, Nagad, bank or other, the date received, and a Save payment button.
One tenant's page: phone number, rent, current balance, a Record payment button, and a history of bills and payments with Paid and Overdue labels.
The dashboard in English: totals for billed, collected and outstanding, a bar showing how much of the month is collected, and a list of tenants who need attention, each with Call and Pay buttons.

See the screens

This is how the live app looks on a phone. Tap a screen to see it bigger.

The whole app also runs in Bangla — see the last screen.

  • The dashboard in English: totals for billed, collected and outstanding, a bar showing how much of the month is collected, and a list of tenants who need attention, each with Call and Pay buttons.

These screens are from the live app. The tenants, phone numbers and amounts in them are demo data — none belongs to a real person.

What it does

Everything below is built and working in the live app today.

  • Bills create themselves

Add your buildings, flats and tenants once. Each month's bill — rent plus the fixed charges you set — is made for you. Add a lease that has already started and its first bill appears at once.

  • Cash and bKash, with receipts

You record each payment in seconds: cash, bKash, Nagad or bank, with the TrxID for mobile payments. Every payment gets a numbered receipt, like RL-000027, and a PDF you can share, with Bangla and English labels. Tap Save twice by mistake and it still counts once.

  • Part-payments go to the oldest bill

A tenant pays half? It fills the oldest unpaid bill first. Anything extra becomes credit and is used on the next bill.

  • Advance deposits, kept straight

Record the advance when a tenant moves in. Apply part of it to dues when you decide. At move-out, settle the rest: deductions and the refund.

  • Utilities for a whole building at once

Enter gas, electricity and water for every flat in a building on one screen. Last month's amounts show as a hint.

  • Who owes what, today

The dashboard shows billed, collected, outstanding and late tenants for the month. Filter by building. Tenants who are late come with a one-tap Call.

  • Monthly accounts that add up

Owed at the start, plus billed, minus collected, equals owed at the end — for each building and each tenant. Export the tenant statements to a spreadsheet (CSV).

  • Expenses, and what is left

Log repairs, caretaker pay, tax, cleaning and security against one building or the whole business. The accounts show net income: collected minus expenses.

  • Nothing quietly disappears

A payment is never deleted. You void it with a reason, and its receipt number stays, marked VOID. Changes to payments, bills and leases are logged. Each landlord sees only their own data, and the database itself enforces that.

Made for Bangladesh

It counts and writes the way you do.

The dashboard in English: totals for billed, collected and outstanding, a bar showing how much of the month is collected, and a list of tenants who need attention, each with Call and Pay buttons.
English mode
The same dashboard in Bangla mode: labels, month name and amounts all in Bangla script and digits.
Bangla mode
  • Bangla or English, with one switch. In Bangla mode the digits, month names and dates turn Bangla too.
  • Amounts read the way you say them: ৳2,16,320, with lakh commas.
  • Type a phone number the way you usually write it — 01712-345678 works.
  • It installs on your phone like an app. Open it in the browser and add it to your home screen — no app store.

These screens are from the live app. The tenants, phone numbers and amounts in them are demo data — none belongs to a real person.
