These are starting figures, not final quotes. We listen to what you need and put the price in writing — before any work begins.

Bars share one scale, but only for the three one-off jobs. The shop platform is a monthly figure, so it has no bar and can't be compared with them directly.

• 01What exactly do you do?

  We build software and mobile apps, design websites and branding, and run a ready-made online shop platform. Alongside that we run a non-profit initiative called Digital Literacy for All — that one isn't something we sell. We work with small businesses and people who work on their own.

• 02I'm not a company, I work on my own.

  That's fine. For a lot of teachers, doctors and freelancers a single page or a booking system is all it takes. We build that much, and the price matches.

• 03How long does it take?

  The shop platform goes live in a few days, because it's already built. A website is usually one to two weeks. Software and apps depend on the job. We tell you the timeline in the first conversation.

• 04Who owns the code and the data?

  You do. What we build for you is yours, and you can download all of your data as a file at any time. We don't hold anything hostage.

• 05What happens after it's built? Does anyone look after it?

  We do. Being built and then abandoned is the single biggest complaint in this market. There's a small monthly arrangement for fixes and hosting — not compulsory, but most people take it.

• 06What does digital literacy actually mean?

  Which information online is trustworthy and which isn't, how to keep your data and accounts safe, and how technology helps instead of causing harm — that is what our non-profit initiative, Digital Literacy for All, teaches. It's a separate project, not something we sell. The details are on the digital literacy page.

• 07You're new — why should I trust you?

  Honestly, we are new. But we use what we sell — the shop platform runs our own shop, every day. No big name yet, but nothing to hide either.

• 08There are cheaper apps out there — why does this cost more?

  Cheaper apps usually don't wire the courier in directly, treat stock as a single number instead of a safe ledger, and support is hard to reach when something breaks. We charge a bit more because we do those three properly.
